I went in because my teeth in the upper and lower jaw on my left side were hurting. After x-rays it was determined I had a sinus infection. I really want to thank Dr. Eby for her help and also all the others who help there.

I am an adult baby!!!! I’ve not had good experiences with dentists in the past so I’m very picky about where I go. We’re moving from Madison to Fort Atkinson and I have not yet had time to research a new dentist. I recently felt a filing fall out and had made an appointment with my dentist in Madison, where my previous dentist had just retired and a new dentist was taking his place. I happened to be listening to the radio last weekend and heard about EBY Family Dental and what caught my attention was that they said that they were committed to making the customers experience a good one and catered to people that were uncomfortable and fearful in going to the dentist. I thought….. why not give them a try! So I stopped in to check them out. The front desk was very helpful in getting me set up and scheduling an appointment right there on the spot!! I went the very next day after completing all the necessary paperwork online that night and couldn’t be happier. They not only replaced my filing but they put me at ease and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to set my family up and get them in for their appointments. When you don’t feel comfortable with your dentist you tend to get behind on preventable care like cleanings. That will be a thing of the past!!!! I would definitely recommend EBY Family Dental to anyone that’s looking for a friendly, caring and understanding dentist who will listen to their concerns and make you feel cared about when going to the dentist 🙂

I had same time appointments for all three of my kids, ages 10, 7, and 4. Each of the kids have their own “issues” that needed to be addressed with Dr. Eby, so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get to her while she was with them. But, each of the hygienists would come and get me and were patient with me while I found a way to get to the room I was needed in. Dr. Eby was kind and JOYFUL with the kids and the hygienists were so kind and helpful with me. At one point, our 4 year old, who just turned 4 six days ago and had never been scared of a dental appointment up until today, started crying. Liz and Kelly worked and worked and worked to help her get a grip on her fear. And, boy did it work! By the end of the visit, I could leave her side to go and talk to her big brother and sister, who were in the next rooms and she was totally willing to let me go. BIG RELIEF! I was so thankful for loving and encouraging hygienists, who are also moms/big sisters/aunts, etc…that helped me do what I needed to do today while giving my kids the great care they need to continue loving the dentist without fear.

This was just my second visit to Eby Family Dental. I found the staff to be very polite and they would apologize if there was any wait. I didn’t have to wait long and I was there for a check up and cleaning. I was in and out within a 1/2 hour which was great. Amanda and Joy were very pleasant and always concerned on how I was doing. (I hope I have the names right?) Dr. Eby is extremely friendly and I’m sure I will feel confident in her hands if I ever need dental work.

Nobody enjoys going to the dentist especially for a new crown but when you leave you realize it wasn’t all that bad. Dr Eby and her staff are all very polite, caring and professional. It’s wonderful to have them in town!

Its so refreshing to find a professional service that’s so casually friendly & courteous. I was also pleasantly surprised that there were no attempts to upsell procedures or products. Dr. Eby explained her examination in a simple & honest presentation with a sincere attitude. She will certainly remain our dentist as long as we remain in the area & I would highly recommend her to anyone that asks. My wife is in total agreement.

It was nice the way the staff helped each other during my appointment. Saw the dentist prior to xrays, I would have liked the dentist to review my xrays with me directly. The staff was good.

I have been to a LOT of dentist. This is the first ever where getting the shot to numb did not hurt. It was so awesome, unbelievably pain free. Quick, prompt service. I could not believe that Dr Eby was done with my 3 fillings to quickly. THANK YOU ALL!!! Terrific experience.

I have a deep seated fear of Dentists from long ago. Dr. Eby and her staff have worked well with me. They are constantly checking to see if I am doing ok. They even have a little check list you can use to help your visit be even better. Everything from free wifi to a soft blanket. Thank You Dr. Eby

Over the holiday weekend I had cracked one of my teeth. When I had called to find out what they could do to help me (even though I wasn’t a customer yet). They told me that because I wasn’t a previous customer that they could help me until after the holiday. That if I could call after the holiday that they would see when they could start the new pasent process and to to get my tooth taken care of. The day after the holiday they had called me to see how things were going. So I told them and the next day I got in to start everything. When I was there they all were nice, professional, and informative of what was going to have to be done with my tooth.

I really feel like exams are thorough and everyone is very kind. My only issue is that I wait, on average, 30+ minutes in the waiting room at each visit. Tonight, another patient had an appointment at the same time I did. She was seen a few minutes after her arrival and left while I was still in the waiting room.
